Kristen’s Necklace Set
Copperhealing jewelryOne stone. One triskelion. One double spiral. Copper, stone and ancient symbolism brought together into something you can actually wear.
You guys asked, so here it is! This necklace set is inspired by the pieces you’ve seen me wear and combines three elements I personally love working with: copper, sacred geometry, and natural stone.
Each set comes with a center stone, one medium copper triskelion, and one copper double spiral, worn together on a leather necklace/rope. The center stone will vary, so your necklace may not look exactly like the one pictured. You’re just gonna have to trust me that I’ll choose one that feels right and looks beautiful with your set. It will be similar in size and overall style. Scroll down to read about the different energetic properties of each of the pieces I wear.

Copper Triskelion, Double Spiral & Stone Necklace Set
The Triskelion
The triskelion, or triple spiral, is an ancient symbol found in Celtic and other early European traditions. Its three spirals are often associated with cycles and movement: mind, body and spirit; birth, life and death; past, present and future.
Energetically, the triskelion is often used as a symbol of balance, movement, transformation and the continual flow of energy. Rather than representing energy that remains stagnant, its spiraling form represents energy continuously moving inward and outward.
I make each triskelion by hand from copper, intentionally forming the spirals and shaping the piece rather than mass-producing it. The slight variations and imperfections are part of what make each one unique.
The Copper Double Spiral
The double spiral is another ancient symbol associated with cycles, balance and the movement between opposing but connected forces: inward and outward, giving and receiving, grounding and expanding.
Its two spirals can also be viewed as a reminder that healing isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes we move inward, sometimes outward, sometimes back through something we thought we’d already finished. The spiral keeps moving.
For me, the double spiral is especially symbolic of energy moving while remaining connected to its center.
Why Copper?
Copper has been valued by humans for thousands of years and has a long history of use in jewelry, tools and traditional wellness practices.
From an energetic perspective, copper is often associated with grounding, conductivity and the movement of energy through and around the body. Because copper is an excellent physical conductor of electricity, many energy practitioners also choose to work with it symbolically and energetically as a conductor.
A lot of people describe wearing copper as having a grounding or stabilizing feeling, particularly when it’s worn directly against or close to the body.
Your Center Stone
The stone is what makes every set a little different.
Rather than making a ton of identical necklaces, I’ll select a natural stone that complements your copper pieces. Different stones have different traditional energetic associations, so think of the stone you receive as part of what makes your necklace yours.
These necklaces aren’t meant to be perfectly identical or factory made pieces. They’re handmade, intentionally created and each one will have its own little variations and imperfections no matter how hard I try.
Wear all three pieces together like I do, separate them, or switch them around depending on what you’re drawn to that day.
