What you should know before you use RSO suppositories

Suppositories offer an amazing way to get RSO into the body. The most important thing to remember is to make sure the RSO you’re using is clean! Join the RSO Education and Truth group to learn more about the scams that are occurring surrounding RSO, and make sure to know how your medicine was made, what it was made with, and who made it.

The suppositories I make are made from organic cacao butter, organic shea butter, and organic coconut oil. It’s recommended to store them in the fridge or freezer. If when you get the suppositories, they’re melted or liquid-y, shake them completely and put in the freezer in an upright position so the cap is at the top.

Do not take the suppository out of the freezer until immediately before you’re ready to use it. And when you take it out of the freezer, don’t hold it in your hands for very long (I hold mine with one finger on the top and one on the tab at the bottom so that the heat from my hands doesn’t warm it up). They melt EXTREMELY quickly and become much more difficult to use and harder to get out of the container. Use them within 1-2 minutes of taking out of the freezer, and if it ends up taking you longer or you hold it in your hands too long, put it back in the freezer for a little while to firm it up again.

Use the suppositories when you’re able to lie down for at least 20-30 minutes. Most people use them before bed. They will leak after insertion, the less you move around, the less they’ll leak. After 20-30 minutes, most of what needs to be absorbed will be, and don’t panic if they start to leak.

When inserting the suppository rectally, if you push them too far up, there’s a higher chance of them connecting with a vein connected to the digestive system and a higher chance of you experiencing a high from it. Right inside the sphincter is sufficient and for most people doesn’t produce a high.

Suppositories can also be used vaginally and don’t usually produce the psychoactive effects when used vaginally.

They will stain underwear, blankets, etc. and they smell strongly like cannabis. After using a suppository, it’s common to see green on the toilet paper, in the toilet, and may turn your poop green! You’ve been warned! But as long as the suppositories you’re using are clean (no chemicals/pesticides/etc) it’s fine! Just don’t wear your favorite undies, RSO is very difficult to get out of fabric!
