Oral RSO

Long lasting support for the entire body

When taken orally, RSO is processed through the digestive system and liver before entering the bloodstream. Many people choose oral dosing because the effects tend to last longer and provide whole body support. When taking RSO orally, the psychoactive effect can be intense. It’s important to start small until you understand how it will effect you.

In Food
RSO can simply be swallowed or hidden in food. We’ve found it goes best in chocolate, peanut butter or even ice cream if that’s your jam. Higher fat foods can intensify the high that often comes with oral dosing of RSO.
In Gel Caps
You can buy empty gel caps and add the RSO to them to swallow like a capsule. The psychoactive effects may still be intense, and may take a little longer to kick in.
Let it sit under the tongue/in the mouth
This is perhaps the most potent way to take RSO, in which the psychoactive effect will be the most intense. Use caution as the taste of the RSO can be intense for some people and often takes a little bit for the taste to go away. If you don’t like the taste of cannabis, you probably won’t enjoy taking RSO this way.
